Introducing...Madeleine's Musings!
I'm so excited to have you here.
As a singer/songwriter and music journalist, I listen to lots of music and I have lots of opinions. While I love writing content for publications, I wanted to have a place where I could write about my favorite music and express my views, while also giving an inside look into my original music. I figured that Substack would be the perfect place to ramble about the music I love, give a behind-the-scenes glimpse into my creative process, and simply write about the things that interest me.
I look forward to building a community here. I hope that this newsletter will garner the attention of music lovers and fans of words. Music is such a uniting force and it helps people bond on a level that’s deep and meaningful. I hope to cultivate a place where we can all talk about our passion for music and connect over it.
This whole Substack thing is new to me, but I’d like to be as consistent as possible. For now, the goal is to post once a week while throwing in additional posts here and there. As of now, these are the types of posts you can expect from me:
